Blake Ruble, NCC, LPCC, M.Ed. is the owner and director of Alliance Experiential Counseling. Alliance Experiential Counseling utilizes the power of therapeutic alliance to help clients. The focus is on movement-based experience to allow clients to more fully engage with their therapy.
Blake is both an individual and family therapist, who received his Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Clemson University, and a degree in Religion from Wofford College.
An interest in experiential learning led Blake to live for several years in southern Africa with local host families. After his return from Africa, Blake worked in the mental health industry as an advocate and counselor and started Alliance Experiential Counseling. Blake often integrates dynamic activities such as rock climbing, hiking, yoga and tai chi into his work with clients.
