Bruce Santiago is the Clinical Director at Denver Mental Health Counseling by The Recovery Village. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 21 years of experience servicing the substance abuse and mental health community. Bruce’s growth in the mental health field began with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Over the past 14 years, Bruce has helped develop multiple treatment programs. In Florida, he developed a residential substance abuse program for a psychiatric hospital in Fort Lauderdale, and in 2015, he developed a new clinical program for a residential treatment program in Miami. In 2018, Bruce relocated to Denver to develop two new detoxification inpatient programs and one outpatient program.
Bruce has been involved in his Hispanic community assisting families who fell victim to domestic violence and mental health issues. He is proud and thrilled to be a part of a highly devoted group of clinical professionals at The Recovery Village.
