Sarah Hawkins is the Executive Director at The Recovery Village at Baptist Health. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, both as a provider of services and an administrator of the system of care. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson University and her Master in Education for School Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Most recently, Sarah was employed as a CEO at Acadia Healthcare and responsible for five facilities in Pennsylvania. Sarah’s passion in the field emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for providing person-centered treatment that honors the lived experience of individuals served. Her work has been dedicated to reducing and eliminating barriers to comprehensive behavioral health care.
