Dr. Jennyffer Miller is a dual board-certified physician, with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and Addiction Medicine with the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Miller completed her residency as Chief Resident at New York Medical College in New York City. She simultaneously trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy while completing her residency. This provides her with a rooted understanding that recognizing behaviors can help build healthy coping mechanisms. A graduate of St. Georges University School of Medicine, she also completed her Master’s in Public Health prior to entering medical school.Â
Dr. Miller is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Medical Association. She is an expert psychiatrist with special interest in treating addiction, mood disorders, eating disorders, schizophrenia, trauma, and community mental health. She has worked in various settings, including emergency rooms, inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, residential and community-based settings. She promotes a multidisciplinary approach to treatment and believes that everyone deserves to get better. Â
