Sara Graff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She also has earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University. Sara has over twenty five years as a social worker and has worked in many areas of mental health. Some of her experiences include addictions, behavior analysis, community mental health, and private practice. Sara currently operates a virtual practice with a focus on treating anxiety using gratitude and mindfulness. Sara strongly believes in the importance of writing in order to help guide, teach and share important information related to mental health and addiction with others. Â
