Elizabeth English received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and has additional training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate (LPCC) and is also board certified as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).
Elizabeth’s goals for therapy are to provide a safe, compassionate place for her patients to be who they are without judgment while exploring healthy coping skills and building confidence to improve their lives. She believes that we all have within ourselves the strength that is needed to recover. Elizabeth’s role is to encourage and facilitate that process by collaborating with her patients to achieve their goals.
