This training will focus on gaining a deeper understanding of strength-based approaches to facilitating and building resiliency skills in youth. We will explore the 40 Developmental Assets and The Developmental Relationship Framework to better understand how to be more intentional in strengthening relationships with young people.

- A minimum of three (3) methods of journaling to achieve self-awareness
- How to apply these methods to change unwanted behaviors, patterns of thinking, and motivation

About the Speakers:
Sandee Nebel, LMHC, LPC, CEDS-S, RYT is the owner of the White Picket Fence Counseling Center, an online therapy practice. Sandee is a known expert in helping adults who are experiencing struggles with ever-present stress, trauma, self-image, body image and emotional eating. She is a certified eating disorder specialist and certified master ART therapist (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Sandee supervises and facilitates clinical trainings to new counselors, yoga teachers, and colleagues.
