Jess Freda received her Bachelor’s in Journalism from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 2017. Well into recovery herself, Jess works to share the stories of her struggles in hopes of helping others. She aims to fight the stigma against mental health in two major ways – through her writing and her music. Now based in Orlando, Jess aspires to help as many people overcome their inner battles the best ways she can.
